Vegan Chocolate Cake
A great alternative to our regular chocolate cake, our vegan chocolate cakes have quickly become popular with both our vegan and non-vegan customers. This has a light, springy cocoa sponge with a chocolate dairy-free buttercream icing. To make this cake extra special, a personalised piped message, vegan sprinkles and sugar decorations can be added to the cake.
Please note that the majority of our sugar decorations do contain egg whites, which can still be added to the cake for decoration and taken off before consumption if requested.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.
As a guide here are the rough amount of portions you will get from the different sizes:
6 inches - 4-5 portions
8 inches - 8-12 portions
10 inches - 15-20 portions
11 inches - 20-25 portions
Where the cake has more than 2 layers of sponge, each size will obviously give a few more portions. Portion size is subjective to size of slice cut.
Whole loaf cakes should give 6-8 slices.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
