Vanilla Meringue Cake
This delicious cake consists of 4 layers of soft vanilla sponge sandwiched with a fresh cream and custard creme patisserie in between each layer. It is then covered with toasted meringue icing.
We can pipe a custom message on the board for you if desired.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.
As a guide here are the rough amount of portions you will get from the different sizes:
6 inches - 4-5 portions
8 inches - 8-12 portions
10 inches - 15-20 portions
11 inches - 20-25 portions
Where the cake has more than 2 layers of sponge, each size will obviously give a few more portions. Portion size is subjective to size of slice cut.
Whole loaf cakes should give 6-8 slices.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
