S'mores Cake
Our classic two layer dark chocolate cake, filled with a layer of silky, dark chocolate buttercream icing, covered in a light, marshmallow icing. The cake is finished with crushed digestive biscuits and dark chocolate shavings, and finally blow-torched for a 'roasted marshmallow' effect. To make this cake extra special, a personalised piped message, additional decorations, sprinkles and glitter can be added to the cake.
Please note the marshmallow icing contains raw egg white.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.
As a guide here are the rough amount of portions you will get from the different sizes:
6 inches - 4-5 portions
8 inches - 8-12 portions
10 inches - 15-20 portions
11 inches - 20-25 portions
Where the cake has more than 2 layers of sponge, each size will obviously give a few more portions. Portion size is subjective to size of slice cut.
Whole loaf cakes should give 6-8 slices.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
