Mini Egg Piñata cake
What better addition to an Easter celebration than this delicious piñata cake packed full of Mini Eggs! 3 layers of rich chocolate and vanilla marbled sponge cake filled and topped speckled white chocolate icing. We fill our pinata cake with over 500g of Mini Eggs.
We finish the cake off with a border of Mini Eggs and sprinkles on the sides.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.
As a guide here are the rough amount of portions you will get from the different sizes:
6 inches - 4-5 portions
8 inches - 8-12 portions
10 inches - 15-20 portions
11 inches - 20-25 portions
Where the cake has more than 2 layers of sponge, each size will obviously give a few more portions. Portion size is subjective to size of slice cut.
Whole loaf cakes should give 6-8 slices.
